Mrs. Trinese: Owner/Administrator
I have been involved in professional childcare since I graduated with my four year Early Childhood Education degree in 1994. I taught for 10 years, was a mental health consultant at Crossroads, then started Inspired By You Child Development Center in 2003. It has been my dream since I was a young child myself to work with children and own a daycare center. My vision for Inspired By You is to help and service as many children, families, and staff members as possible. I want to build a relationship of trust and comfort with the people involved with the center. Inspired By You is not just another cookie-cutter style corporate daycare. Here, I work with parents, children, and teachers to make sure that individual needs and concerns are met. The low ratio of students to teachers means more personal attention to the kids and families. We invite you into our family and cultivate a warm and fuzzy environment that encourages growth. My focus for the students is meeting appropriate milestones. We do regular assessments and make sure each student gets what they need to prepare emotionally, socially, and academically for their next step. Everything I do here is based on a deep love and care for children.
Ms. Brianne: Assistant Director
I have been involved in Early Childhood Education since I began my first teaching position fresh out of high school. I earned many Early Childhood Education credits as part of my original college major in education. I also attended the English Nanny and Governess School. I graduated from Capitol University where I earned my Bachelor of Arts and completed the honors program. I was drawn to the Early Childhood Education field because I want to help children begin their education with the best start possible. Plus, I get to laugh every day because there is never a day that goes by where a child doesn't do at least one funny thing. I think the best part of the job is that the children teach me more than I could ever teach them. My family consists of me, my dog Winnie, and many nieces and nephews who often spend their weekends visiting me. My favorite thing to do besides hanging with my family is singing. I can be found out singing karaoke on the weekends. Luckily, I can sing and work too, whether it be singing a lullaby to an infant, singing the "ABC's" with the preschoolers, or singing along to the radio as I complete paperwork in the office.

Ms. Krista: Toddler Teacher
I have been at Inspired By You since Summer of 2016. I started studying Early Childhood Education at Auburn Career Center and have taken some college classes. I have certification in CPR, first aid, communicable diseases, and child abuse. My love for kids and teaching is what drew me to this field. I have wanted to be a teacher ever since elementary school. As a teacher, you do your best to help your students learn then one day they grasp a concept and the look on their face is priceless. I have a large family, 4 cats, and 1 dog. I love reading, crafts, shopping, and scrapbooking. I am so proud to be a part of Inspired By You Child Development Center.
Ms. Alexa: Classroom Assistant
I am currently in school for my degree in Early Childhood Education. I enjoy teaching and spending time with kids, and I love working at Inspired By You. I have been here for 3 years total and will continue to work here. Nothing compares to the excitement of a child when he or she finally learns something after they have been working on it for awhile. I love how their faces light up when they see me. When I am not teaching, I enjoy horseback riding and spending time with my friends and family.
